Been going for about 2 months, couldn't ask for nicer people imo. This at at the Durham BND but it's very clean and like I said the people are so nice I don't know how they found em. May not always see eye to eye about certain things but very professional good people so far. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with addiction.

I just want to take a moment to recognize the amazing team at B&D Integrated Health Care—especially my doctor partridge and my peer support worker tyesha. From day one, they’ve treated me with real respect, patience, and understanding. My doctor takes the time to actually listen and explain things in a way that makes sense, which makes a huge difference. And my peer support worker has been there for me on a level that goes beyond just “doing a job”—they truly care and show it through their support and consistency. It’s not easy to find people who genuinely have your best interest at heart, but I’ve found that here. I’m grateful for the guidance, encouragement, and professionalism they’ve shown me. Highly recommend B&D Integrated Health Care to anyone looking for a team that really cares.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience calling this clinic to ask a basic health question was unacceptable. The front desk receptionist was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism. In a healthcare setting, respectful communication is not optional… it is the standard! Leadership should take a serious look at front desk operations, because interactions like this can deter patients from seeking care.

I have only good things to say about this agency. The staff is professional caring and very understanding. The doctors on the medication management portion are very knowledgeable of my medical needs and have been nothing but helpful. One of my family members sees the primary care doctor their Dr Partridge and she is amazing she has helped our family during the time of need. I recommend this agency to anyone from the front desk staff down to the transportation staff everyone is very professional and courteous.

Good afternoon, my experience is terrible. Today's treatment was horrible. Zero empathy and kindness. I have a girl. The driver is unprofessional. He sees me with the stroller, La Niña's chair, the panalera and even so he gets upset because I don't get in. I don't keep the stroller and apart from that he wants me to sign everything and I close the door. He almost steps on me. That is, who they put to work. ah, at what cost does one have to endure actions like this?

My experience has been positive so far. Very caring professionals that really want to see the clients quality of life improve. Laquanda has made me feel like I’m her only client. She takes time to listen with care and gives me therapeutic feedback. In SAIOP group Fred always keeps everyone involved and it has become a very safe place to share with my peers and he gives the feedback necessary for us to process the lesson for that day. Tyrik is very polite and shows only excellent skill when driving me to group. Mr. Torrey coordinates efficient routes so I’m always home at a good time. I am so happy I was referred here. My overall mental health is improving since connecting with them.

I am a former client of B & D Integrated Health Services, I just want to let it be known in the beginning I thought it was a great place. I thought everyone was respectful and just trying to help by providing me with the SERVICES I needed. And I understand sometimes people do fall through the cracks or they don't always get the treatment they need. Even counselors come and go unfortunately because this job does consist of a lot of burnout. But once I lost the counselor I had I consistently called and reached out to try and get assigned to a new counselor till this day I have never met that counselor, nor have they returned my phone calls I do feel that for a company to say they value their CLIENTS. I just never saw it because of this I will not recommend this COMPANY to anyone. I just hope whoever does get involved with this company has a better outcome because most of the time the counselor wasn't properly trained on how to do certain things in terms of helping me with my TREATMENT so I just felt that was a huge disadvantage because I was paying for a SERVICE that I honestly wasn't feeling was beneficial to me. B&D is a amazing place to be. I have only been here for a couple of months and feels like it has been forever. The staff is amazing! I have gained a whole new family outside of mine. The clinics that's offered and the therapies are amazing as well. I would recommend these services to anyone any day.
